- HBeAG is a virus that is born inside your body if you have Hepatitis B. It is a viral protien that plays a role in transmitting the Hepatitis B Virus or HBV to anyone and everyone you come in contact with.
- This test will profile you for HBV infectivity for early diagnosis and monitoring purposes. It also determines the status of infection if you’re already chronically infected.
