Description
- Troponin-T is a marker of Acute Myocardial Infarction rising 2-4 hours after the onset of Myocardial necrosis and can remain elevated up to 14 days.
- High levels are also seen in Unstable angina. It may also be used in monitoring patients with non-ischemic causes of cardiac injury.
