Description
- TTG -IgA evaluates patients with an existing Celiac disease or the ones that are at risk of developing it, and have compatible or atypical symptoms, or show signs of a positive HLA DQ2 / DQ8.
- Celiac Disease and HLA DQ2 / DQ8 are a result of either excessive gluten intake or unsuitability of the body with gluten. It also monitors our body’s adherence to a gluten-free diet, and aids in the diagnosis of Dermatitis herpetiformis, which is an effect of Celiac Disease.
